摘要弹丸在螺旋弹鼓内的运动轨迹不同于弹丸在普通的弹夹或者弹鼓中的轨迹,螺旋弹鼓中弹丸实验者螺旋线运动的。虽然次中结构的螺旋弹鼓在国内外很多枪上都有应用,但是仍然是一种较为特殊的供弹具。59607
本文中将使用solid Works绘图软件对64式手枪螺旋弹鼓的各个构件进行三维建模,并完成装配,再从装配图、零件图以及二维图进行分析,完善结构的合理性,是螺旋弹鼓的各个参数更加接近实际情况。
文章中针对螺旋弹鼓的动力原件——扭簧进行了设计计算以及强度分析等,同时作为一个供弹具,供弹及时性的计算也是必不可少的。
本文的设计工作完成了64式手枪弹螺旋弹鼓的整体设计,并给出了各部分的设计方案,以及总体装配,并对内部主要元件的参数进行了分析计算。

Title Type 64 pistol cartridge drum magazine design
Projectile in the trajectories of spiral spring inside the drum is different from the projectile trajectory in ordinary cartridge or drum magazine,Spiral drum magazine in the projectile is along a spiral movement,Although the structure of spiral drums are used at home and abroad, lots of guns,but is still a relatively special for ammunition feeding.
In this paper,we will use solid Works drawing software to type 64 pistol spiral drum of each component for 3D modeling,And complete the assembly,and then from the assembly drawing,part drawing and 2D figure analysis,improve the rationality of the structure,make the all parameters of the screw to spiral drum is more close to actual situation.
Article in view of the original power screw to the spiral drum,torsion spring has carried on the design calculation and strength analysis,at the same time as an ammunition feeding .it is also necessary for the timeliness of the calculation of the ammunition feeding.
Design work of this paper completed the type 64 pistol cartridge spiral drum of the overall design,and presents a design scheme of each part, and the general assembly,and the internal parameters of main components analysis and calculation.
