摘要现代战对火力强度的要求越来越高,螺旋弹鼓以其较大的弹容量,能显著提升战场火力持续能力受到了重视。螺旋弹鼓具有较小的径向尺寸,可以大幅度的提高携弹量,并能大幅度的降低装配后枪械的横向尺寸和瞄准基线高。这些能有效的改善枪械的便携性,提升作战的隐蔽性,提高战场生存能力。本文介绍了在广泛查阅相关资料和文献后,在老师的指导下,完成59式9mm手枪弹弹鼓的全过程。利用UG和CAD,通过59式手枪弹的的各项参数结合螺旋弹鼓的原理逐步设计出螺旋弹鼓各个零部件和整体装配方式。对供弹及时性等进行了分析说明。并对对设计的弹鼓的存在的不足之处进行了分析总结60656

Abstract
Modern warfare on the fire intensity of the increasingly high demand, the spiral drum with its larger bomb capacity, can significantly improve the ability of battlefield fire continued attention. The radial dimension of spiral drum is less, can greatly increase the amount of ammunition, and can greatly reduce the assembly after the lateral size of firearms and aiming high baseline. These guns effectively improve the portability, enhance the operation of concealment, improve the viability in battlefield. This paper introduces in a wide range of access to relevant information and documentation, under the guidance of the teacher, the entire process to complete 59 type 9mm pistol bullet drum. Using UG and CAD, the parameters of 59 type pistol with the principle of spiral drum stepwise design spiral drum parts and the whole assembly. The feeding time is analyzed. And play the drum on the design of the deficiencies are analyzed.
