    摘要本论文主要以防暴弹模拟发射装置为对象,对其要求可发射不同口径(9~64mm)防暴弹进行研究,做了总体方案和主要零部件的结构设计,并参考弹道枪结构,对枪管组件、枪机组件等按使用要求作出修改。在此基础上,还对枪管等主要零件的强度进行了验算,保证达到试验强度要求。60657

    首先查找了国内外现有反恐防暴武器的种类和结构,应课题要求:模拟防暴弹发射过程,以对防爆弹的安全性进行系统、全面的性能检测,想到了与之作用类似的弹道枪,并查阅相关资料,找到可参考的国产14.5mm弹道枪,在其结构基础上展开工作。由于本课题要求发射防暴弹的口径跨度很大,首先对枪管组件、枪管与枪机的接口、击发机构、抽壳机构等一系列涉及到的机构进行总体方案的设计,然后分别将其结构进行改进,以达到发射不同枪弹更换最少零部件的比较合理、理想的方案。

    由于设计过程时间有限,还有些设想方案未能进行更深入细致的设计与研究,可以作为本人今后继续深造学习的研究内容。

    Title    The simulated launcher of antiriot bomb                     

    Abstract

    This thesis is mainly targeted at the simulated launcher of antiriot bomb. I studied on different demands of calibre (9~64mm) and designed the major parts of the overall programme as well as main components. Then I modified bolt and gun-barrel components on the basis of use requirements refering to the ballistic gun. I also checked the strength of key parts, such as the gun-barrels to ensure requirements of test strength.

    First, I looked up the existing types and structure of riot control weapon against terrorism at home and abroad. According to the requirements: to simulate the process of launching anti-riot bomb and detect comprehensive security performance of the systems. At the same time, I refered to domestic 14.5mm ballistic gun, which has the similar action. Then I started work on the basis of their structure. Since this issue requires launching different anti-riot bomb with a large span of caliber, I need to design a variety of barrel assembly, the interfaces of barrel and bolt, the extraction mechanism, the firing mechanism and other bodies that are involved in general programmes. And then I improve its structure, to achieve the more reasonable, the ideal solution which is change the least parts but launch more different kinds of anti-riot bomb .

    Because the design time is limited, I can not conduct more intensive research and design about some scenarios also failed to. I will go on studying this in the future.
