摘要施工升降机是建筑旖工中必不可少的机械设备之一。我国建筑业的蓬勃发展,对施工升降机的性能提出了更高的要求,各类新型施工升降机的研制成为当前建筑机械行业的热点之一。
本课题对施工升降机的结构、事故进行分析,建立故障树,从而制定了升降机事故评价指标体系。提出合理可行的消除危险或减小风险的安全措施,使施工升降机设备达到可接受的最高安全水平。其目的是量化施工升降机的安全等级,以便安全管理部门进行分级管理,监督检查企业采取相应的防护措施。对实现产品的本质安全,特别是施工升降机一旦发生事故影响就必然相当重大,有着重要的社会意义和应用价值。60346

Title Elevator reliability analysis and maintenance management system design
Abstract
Construction lifter is one of indispensable mechanical equipment in the building Yi work. The vigorous development of construction industry in our country, put forward higher requirements on the performance of the construction lifter, the development of all kinds of new type construction hoist become one of the hot spot of the current construction machinery industry.
This topic about the structure of construction lifter, accident analysis, build up the fault tree and thus established evaluation index system of elevator accident. Put forward feasible to eliminate risk or reduce the risk of security measures, make construction elevator equipment to the highest security level of acceptable. Its purpose is to quantify the security level of construction lifter, so that classification management for safety management, supervision and inspection of enterprises take the corresponding protective measures. To realize the nature of the product safety, especially the construction lifter once influence must be quite a big accident, has important social significance and application value.
