    摘要超细粉体技术在20世纪70年代中期得到快速发展,目前应用广泛。一方面,对它的理论研究不断深入,新型粉碎设备层出不穷。另一方面,它是一门综合型学科,对它的研究进展较慢,生产中出现的问题不能从理论上很好的分析。本文研究对象为扁平式气流磨,对它的流场进行模拟,可以减少成本,结果可控,周期短。

    以超细粉体中心扁平式气流磨为参照,在分析各部件功能的基础上,基于solidworks设计了一种扁平式气流磨结构,以进气孔个数、轴向偏移角为变量,基于GAMBIT构造了不同粉碎腔的结构模型并划分了网格,基于FLUENT进行了流场仿真,得到不同条件下流场的压力、速度矢量的变化规律。对不同形式粉碎腔的流场特性比较分析,获得扁平式气流磨的较优的粉碎腔结构,为气流磨的结构改进提供依据。60829

    Title Research and Simulation Analysis of the jet  Millon the flow field

    Abstract

    The technology of Ultra-fine powder was developed rapidly in the 1970s. Now it is applied in many fields. On one hand, the theoretical research is developed with the restoration of the crushing equipment.On the other hand,the progress on it evolves slowly because it is an integrated discipline, which makes it difficult to analyze the new phenomena in the producing process theoretically.In this paper , the flat jet Mill was regarded as our researching object and the flow field was simulated with short cycle,which can reduce the cost.

    The flat jet Mill in Ultra-fine Powder Center is regarded as the reference.After analysis of the function of the member,their structure is designed by solidworks. The structural models of the crushing chamber are constructed by GAMBIT based on different intake numbers and axial offset angles,whose flow field is simulated with the help of FLUENT. The variation of the pressure of the flow field and the velocity vectors with different conditions.The better crushing structure will be obtained throwing the comparative analysis of the flow field characteristics with different structures,which will contribute to the optimization of the crushing structure of the flat jet Mill.
