    摘要:随着工业的发展,塑料制品在我们的生活中得到了越来越广泛的应用,而塑料产品对模具的要求也越来越高,传统的模具设计方法已经无法适应当今的要求。在高新技术驱动的今天,塑料模具作为生产塑料制品的重要工艺装备,其设计方式已由传统设计模式转到计算机辅助设计(CAD)上来。运用NX/Mold Wizard模块设计注塑模具,可大大降低复杂程度,缩短模具的设计周期,提高工作效率。61755

    本课题的设计内容是基于NX10.0软件的Mold Wizard模块,根据汽车仪表盘外壳的模型来设计一套汽车仪表盘外壳的热流道注塑模具。汽车仪表盘外壳作为一个结构复杂的塑件,其外形尺寸大,达到578×245×111mm;壁厚值也较大,达到3~4mm;在塑件的四周,具有14处成型孔,而塑件的两端都具有形状类似的卡扣状的倒钩结构;在塑件的内侧,更是具有复杂的格栅状的倒钩结构。塑件的结构特点,决定了模具的类型以及关键的抽芯机构,而设计的重点则是要解决抽芯机构在该模具的运用问题。在本设计中,为使模具结构简单、紧凑,采用了两板模的结构设计方式,并且采用热流道技术解决了大型塑件进浇困难的特点;对于塑件侧面的成型孔,采用液压(气动)的滑块来实现对塑件的抽芯;对于塑件上的倒钩结构,通过使用斜导柱抽芯机构来解决开模问题。本设计与传统的模具设计相比,最大的不同之处在于添加了模具的开合模运动仿真以及模流分析,不仅可以将设计结果可以直观、形象地展现出来,而且还能够模拟出实际生产中塑料的注射状况,便于结合实际作出调整和更改。该模具的设计具有与社会生产实际相结合、生产制造方便、成本低的特点。

    Inject mold Design of Car Dashboard Shell

    Abstract: With the development of the industry, the plastic products in our life has been more and more widely used. Has higher requirement on mold plastic products, traditional mold design method have been unable to adapt to today's requirements. In today's high technology and new technology driven, plastic mold, as an important craft equipment in the production of plastic products, its design has shifted from the traditional design pattern to computer aided design (CAD). Using the NX/Mold Wizard module design of injection Mold, can greatly reduce the complexity, shorten the design cycle of the Mold, improve the work efficiency. 

      This design content is based on the NX10.0 software Mold Wizard module, design a car dashboard shell of hot runner injection Mold. Car dashboard shell is a complex structure of plastic parts, its size is large, reaching 578 x 245 x 111mm. Its wall thickness is also large, reaching 3~4mm. The plastic part is provided with 14 shaped holes, and both ends of the plastic part are provided with a clamping hook structure with similar shape. At the inside of the plastic part, the back hook structure is more complex. The structure characteristics of the plastic parts, determine the type of the mold and the key core pulling mechanism. The focus of this design is to solve the core pulling mechanism in the mold. In this design, in order to make the mold structure simple and compact, the structure design method of the two mode is adopted. At the same time, this design uses the hot runner technology to solve the difficult characteristics of large plastic parts. For the molding hole of the side of the plastic part, a hydraulic (pneumatic) sliding block is adopted to realize the core pulling of the plastic part. The structure of the plastic part on the plastic part is solved by using the inclined guide pillar core pulling mechanism. Compared to the design with the traditional mold design, the biggest difference is added to the mold opening and clamping motion simulation. The design result can be intuitively and vividly displayed, which makes it convenient to use the actual adjustments and changes.
