    摘要随着我国工业生产的发展,车辆越来越多,随之排放的污染尾气也越来越多,如何高效的进行尾气处理是世界性的难题,然而多孔陶瓷材料对汽车尾气进行有效处理具有重大的现实意义。多孔陶瓷是近30年来受到广泛关注的一种新型陶瓷材料,因其基本孔隙结构可实现多种功能特性,所以又称为气孔功能材料。因为多孔陶瓷是成对出现在同一管道中,所以必须要求这两个多孔陶瓷的直径误差范围在管道的装配范围内,不然,管内就会有缝隙出现,气体就会有从缝隙中排出,而不是从多孔陶瓷的气孔中排出,对大气有极大的污染。根据厂家的需求,本项目设计了一种接触式的圆柱体直径测量系统。该系统不但可以满足测量的要求,而且成本低,效率高。69374

    Title   Design of the diameter measurement system  of the porous ceramic for filtering exhaust gas

    Abstract

    With the development of China's industrial production , there are more and more vehicles, resulting in that emission of exhaust gas is also more and more .How to effectively deal with the exhaust gas is a worldwide problem . However, the porous ceramic material has great practical significance for the effective treatment of automobile exhaust .Porous ceramics is a new type of ceramic material which has received extensive attention in the past 30 years. Because of its basic pore structure, it can realize many kinds of functions ,so it is also called pore function material .Because of the porous ceramic is paired in the same line, so we must assemble range diameter error range of the two porous ceramics in the pipeline inside ,otherwise, there will be a gap in the tube, gas will be discharged from the gap, rather than from the pores of the porous ceramic discharge, there is a great pollution of the atmosphere .According to the needs of manufacturers, This project has designed a kind of contact type cylinder diameter measurement system .The system can not only meet the requirements of measurement, but also the cost is low, and the efficiency is high.
