摘要:破碎机是冶金、化工、矿山、电力、陶瓷、水泥、建筑和筑路等工业部门广泛应用的主要设备,每年有大量的原料和再利用的废料都需要进行粉碎处理。综合考虑,本次设计选择单转子反击式破碎机,可针对不同的破碎粒度进行反击破碎。10071
本设计由转子型号入手,参考PF-1318反击式破碎机的相关参数,初步确定转子的转速,从而确定线速度、板锤大小、数量等相关数据。在保证生产率和破碎粒度的前提下完成总体结构的设计,然后根据总体结构,从而确定本设计的破碎机各个主要零部件的设计。在主要零部件的设计中,主要包括带轮的设计计算、轴的结构设计、轴承的选择、转子部件的设计计算、板锤的结构和固定、破碎腔的设计和反击装置的设计计算等,其中最重要的就是转子部件的设计和板锤的设计及固定方法。为了增加转子的刚度,转子体采用ZG340材料,并整体铸造。板锤采用螺栓固定,并使用新型材质以提高其耐磨性和利用率。最后介绍了反击式破碎机的安装、检修与保养,这对提高其使用寿命至关重要。
本设计整体在PF-1318型号的反击式破碎机基础上更进一步提高了其破碎性能,结构简单、重量轻、外形尺寸小、设备费用低、运转安全、操作方便、便于文修和管理。

Abstract:
Impact crushers are applied to such each department as the cement plant , power plant ,etc. in a large amount, so its design has an extensive prospect and experience that can be used for reference. Its design essence is, formerly after total conceptual design, a design which points each main spare part
The design starts from the specifications of the rotor, and it references the relevant parameters of PF1318 crusher. Initially it sets the rotor speed, so that I can design the board hammer size, number and other relevant data with the rotor speed. Productivity and size of the crushed materials should be ensured before the overall structure of the design finished, according to the whole structure, I could determine the design of all the major components of the design.
The design of the main components includes pulley design calculation, the structural design of shaft, bearing selection, design and calculation of the rotor components, board structure and a fixed hammer, crushing chamber design and the design of computing counter devices and so on. One of the most important parts is the rotor design and board design and the fixed method of hammer. In order to increase the stiffness of the rotor, the rotor body is combined with ZG340 material, and it casts with the whole body. Board hammer is fixed with bolts, and use of new materials could enhance their wear resistance and utilization. Finally, I illustrate the installation, repair and maintenance of impact crusher, which is essential to improve their life.
The overall design further improves its crush performance which is based on the impact crusher of the PF1318 model. Moreover, it exits advantages such as simple structure, light weight, small dimensions, low cost of equipment, operation safety, convenient operation, easy maintenance and management.
