摘 要：在当代市场经济条件下，负债经营是企业迅速发展壮大的一条重要途径。合理利用负债经营，能够为企业带来良好的财务杠杆效应。但同时，债务也会给企业带来巨大的财务风险。合理分析企业的偿债能力，可以即时评价企业财务状况，控制企业财务风险。本文以贵州茅台酒股份有限公司为例，综合运用比率分析法和比较分析法，在剖析已有的企业偿债能力指标不足的基础上，从指标的内涵出发，找出其成因，提出改善的方法，促使企业在生产经营过程中拥有良好的偿还债务的能力。58025

Abstract：Under the condition of modern market economic, managing an enterprise with a loan is an important way to develop and expand enterprise. Enterprise takes advantage of this kind of managing in reasonable will bring a good financial lever effect. Besides, debt will also place enterprise into danger at the same time. Analyzing the debt paying ability of enterprise in a reasonable way can assess enterprise financial and control enterprise financial risk. This paper takes Kweichow Moutai Company Limited as an example and uses the way of ratio analysis and comparative analysis. Based on the criterion that won’t meet request of the enterprise debt paying ability that has existed, to find out the cause and give solution, to impel enterprise has the ability of repay debt during the process of production.
