摘要:在数据信息时代下,互联网以其互动性、高效性和全球性的优势催化了一种独特的经营模式,也使得互联网企业得到了极大的关注。尤其是阿里集团在2013年的几场重大的并购案重新引发了人们对企业并购的认识。本文尝试对阿里巴巴集团的并购行为进行研究,分析互联网企业龙头企业在并购中的表现,为今后其他互联网企业的并购提供借鉴意义。本文分为五个部分,第一部分介绍研究的目的和意义以及国内外对并购的研究现状,第二部分至第四部分是文章的重点,第二部分研究阿里运用的动因理论以及它自身的并购动因,第三部分是对阿里并购特点的归纳,第四部分是分析互联网企业的并购风险和并购后的财务绩效。第五部分是得出结论并且提供建议。58094

Analysis of Ali group's M & A behavior
Abstract In the era of data information, the Internet with its interactive, efficient and global advantages of the catalytic a unique business model, but also makes the Internet business has been a great concern. Especially Ali group in 2013 a few major mergers and acquisitions re led to people's understanding of corporate mergers and acquisitions. This paper attempts to study the behavior of the Alibaba group mergers and acquisitions, analysis of the performance of the leading enterprises in the Internet, in order to provide reference for other Internet companies in the future. This paper is pided into five parts, the part I is introduces the purpose and significance of the study, as well as domestic and foreign research status of M & A at home and abroad,the part II to the part IV is the key point of the article,the part II studies the motivation theory of the use of Ali and its own merger motivation,the part III is characteristics of M & A in Ali induction. The part IV is the analysis of the risk of mergers and acquisitions of Internet companies and financial performance. The part V is to draw a conclusion and provide suggestions.
