摘要针对企业集团这一普遍存在于新兴市场的经济组织，本文采用案例研究方法，在对吉利集团集团化经营及研发投资情况的分析的基础上，探究知识溢出视角下，企业集团化经营与其研发投资的关系。研究发现，集团化经营能促进企业的研发投资，且集团成员企业之间的知识溢出效应的存在促进了集团企业的研发投资，同时，并非集团化经营程度越高，企业的研发投入也就越高。最后，针对吉利集团目前集团化经营及研发投资状况，本文从合理选择创新模式及优化集团化经营模式两方面提出了建议。63673

Title An Analysis of Business Group and R&D Investment from the Perspective of Knowledge Spillover
Abstract
Business group is a popular economic form of firm in emerging market. In this paper, we use the case study method to study the relationship between group affiliation and its R&D investment, on basis of the analysis of Geely group. We find that group affiliation can increase firm motivation in R&D, and the knowledge spillover effect that exists between the member companies of the business group promotes the group’s R&D investment. At the same time, not the higher the degree of group management, the higher R&D investment. Finally, for Geely group’s present group affiliation and R&D investment, this paper put forward suggestions from two aspects of reasonably choosing innovative models and optimizing its models of group affiliation.
