摘要我国主体经济的不断发展，我国的股票市场也随之成型。在股市的竞争中企业和个体 买家都希望通过股票交易得到最大化的利益，没有人希望做亏本买卖。但究其根本，股价 的根本取决于公司未来的收益能力，一个良好的企业管理决策造就更加良好的企业收入环 境。于此同时财务分析师也在此占有着重要的角色，其公布的企业财务分析在公众视野中 备受瞩目。67338
本文主要通过理论分析，调研信息分析，以及以万科集团作为典例的财务信息分析来 分角度证明在最新的会计准则下，利润预测和盈余管理的必要性和相关性。

Abstract With the continuous development of China's economy, China's stock market has also been growing. In the competition of the stock market, the enterprise and the inpidual buyer all hope to obtain the maximization benefit through the stock transaction, nobody hoped will lose money the transaction. But fundamentally, the stock price depends on the company's future profitability, a good business management decision to create a better corporate income environment. At the same time, financial analysts also occupy an important role here, and their published financial analysis of enterprises has attracted much attention in the public view.
In this paper, through theoretical analysis, research and information analysis, Vanke Group as a typical example of the analysis of financial information to prove in the new accounting standards, the correlation and the necessity of the profit forecast and earnings management.
