摘要: 目的:研究盐胁迫下,不同氮素水平对2个产地菘蓝种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以期为菘蓝的盐碱地栽培和氮素的合理利用提供科学依据。方法:以来自河北保定(HB)和山东滨州(SB)的菘蓝为研究材料,在100 mmol•L-1 NaCl胁迫条件下,以不加盐的15 mmol•L-1氮素处理为对照(CK),研究了5个不同氮素水平(T1:3.75 mmol•L-1、T2:7.5 mmol•L-1、T3:15 mmol•L-1、T4:18.75 mmol•L-1、T5:22.5 mmol•L-1)处理后菘蓝种子萌发、幼苗生长和生理生化特性的变化。结果:盐胁迫抑制了正常氮素水平下2个产地菘蓝种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,诱导菘蓝幼苗体内SOD活性提高,并使菘蓝体内MDA、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量增加;盐胁迫下,低氮(T1,T2)处理2个产地菘蓝种子的萌发率、幼苗生物量及渗透调节物质含量均低于其他氮素水平;高氮处理(T4,T5)对以上指标的影响随浓度不同存在差异,过高水平的氮素处理(T5)会导致2个产地菘蓝种子萌发率、幼苗生物量及渗透调节物质含量下降。结论:盐胁迫下,高氮水平的T4处理能够显著促进2个产地菘蓝种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,提高2个产地菘蓝种子及幼苗对盐胁迫的适应性。25661

Effects of different nitrogen levels on seed germination and seedling growth of Isatis indigotica under salt stress
Abstract: Objection: In order to provide scientific basis for the cultivation of Isatis indigotica on saline land and the full use of nitrogen, the effects of different nitrogen levels on seed germination and seeding growth of Isatis indigotica from 2 different origins under salt stress were studied. Method: With the I.indigotica from Hebei Baoding (HB) and Shandong Binzhou (SB) as research materials, the changes of seed germination, seedling growth and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of I.indigotica after 5 different nitrogen levels treatment(T1:3.75 mmol•L-1、T2:7.5 mmol•L-1、T3:15 mmol•L-1、T4:18.75 mmol•L-1、T5:22.5 mmol•L-1)under salt stress of NaCl (100 mmol•L-1 ) were studied, and the 15 mmolL-1 nitrogen treatment without salt was used as control (CK). Result: Salt stress inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of I.indigotica from 2 origins under normal nitrogen levels, and induced the increase of SOD activity, MDA , proline and soluble protein content in I.indigotica seedlings. The seeds germination rate, seedling biomass and contents of osmotic adjustment substances of Isatis indigotica from 2 origins are lower than other nitrogen levels under low nitrogen (T1, T2) treatment under salt stress. Besides, the effects of high nitrogen treatment (T4, T5) on the above indexes were different, too high level of nitrogen treatment (T5) will lead to the decrease of seeds germination rate, seedling biomass, and the content of osmotic substances of Isatis indigotica from 2 origins. Conclusion: High nitrogen level of T4
treatment could significantly promote seed germination and seedling growth of I.indigotica from 2 origins under salt stress, and improve the adaptability of I.indigotica seedlings from 2 origins under salt stress.
