    摘要:本试验旨在研究DL-蛋氨酸对宫内发育迟缓(intrauterine growth retardation, IUGR)哺乳仔猪肝脏糖代谢的影响。试验在新生仔猪中选择日龄相同的5头正常出生重(normal birth weight, NBW)仔猪和10头IUGR仔猪,分为3个处理组(n = 5/组):NBW-CON组(正常仔猪+基础人工乳),IUGR-CON组(IUGR仔猪+基础人工乳)和IUGR-MET组(IUGR仔猪+基础人工乳+0.12% DL-蛋氨酸),21日龄时屠宰取样。结果显示:(1)与NBW-CON组相比,IUGR-CON组磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶活力明显升高(P < 0.05);(2)与NBW-CON组相比,IUGR-CON组糖原合成酶明显降低(P < 0.05);(3)与NBW-CON组相比,IUGR-CON组磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶1和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶mRNA表达明显升高(P < 0.05),且糖原合成酶mRNA表达显著降低(P < 0.05);与IUGR-CON组相比,IUGR-MET组磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶有下降的趋势(0.05 ≤ P < 0.1),但显著降低了二者mRNA表达水平(P < 0.05)。试验结果表明,添加DL-蛋氨酸可在一定程度缓解IUGR引起的肝脏糖异生酶活水平升高,显著降低IUGR哺乳仔猪肝脏糖异生酶mRNA表达水平。25686

    Effects of DL-Methionine on hepatic glucose metabolism in IUGR suckling piglets
    Abstract:This experiment was to study DL-methionine on hepatic glucose metabolism of intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) suckling piglets. 5 normal birth weight (NBW) piglets and 10 IUGR piglets were pided into three treatment group (n = 5/group): NBW-CON group (NBW piglets fed based artificial milk), IUGR-CON group (IUGR piglets fed based artificial milk) and IUGR-MET group (IUGR piglets fed based artificial milk + 0.12% DL methionine). The piglets were slaughtered for samples at 21 d of age. Results showed that: (1) Compared with NBW-CON group, the phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase and glucose-6-phosphatase activities were significantly higher than IUGR-CON group (P < 0.05); (2) Compared with NBW-CON group, the glycogen synthetase activity of IUGR-CON group was mildly decreased (0.05 ≤ P < 0.1); (3) Compared with NBW-CON group, the mRNA levels of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase and glucose-6-phosphataseof IUGR-CON group were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and glycogen synthetase mRNA levels were significantly reduced (P < 0.05); Compared with IUGR-CON group, the mRNA levels of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase and glucose-6-phosphatase of IUGR-MET group were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the activities of these two enzymes were mildly reduced (0.05 ≤ P < 0.1).These results show that DL- methionine may have ability to improve hepatic gluconeogenesis metabolism in IUGR suckling piglets.
