    摘要:本试验旨在研究DL-蛋氨酸对宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)哺乳仔猪肠道发育及抗氧化功能的影响。试验在新生仔猪中选择日龄相同的10头IUGR仔猪和5头正常初生重(NBW)仔猪,分为3个处理组(n=5/组)。其中5头NBW仔猪饲喂基础人工乳,10头IUGR仔猪一半饲喂基础人工乳、一半饲喂基础人工乳+0.12% DL-蛋氨酸。结果显示:与NBW哺乳仔猪相比,IUGR哺乳仔猪回肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著降低(P < 0.05),空肠黏膜乳糖、蔗糖酶酶活性显著降低(P < 0.05)。另外,IUGR显著降低哺乳仔猪空肠黏膜还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、还原型谷胱甘肽/氧化型谷胱甘肽比值(P < 0.05)和回肠GSH含量(P < 0.05),显著升高空肠黏膜蛋白质羰基(PC)含量和丙二醛含量(P < 0.05)。添加DL-蛋氨酸可显著提高IUGR哺乳仔猪空肠和回肠的绒毛高度、回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度的比值(P < 0.05)以及空肠蔗糖酶酶活性(P < 0.05),同时使空肠GSH含量显著升高(P < 0.05)、PC含量显著降低(P < 0.05)。因此,添加DL-蛋氨酸可在一定程度上缓解IUGR引发的氧化损伤,对IUGR哺乳仔猪肠道发育具有改善作用。25774

    Effects of DL-Methionine on intestinal development in intrauterine growth-retarded suckling piglets
    Abstract: The present study was designed to evaluate the effects of DL-Methionine (DL-Met) on intestinal development in intrauterine growth-retarded (IUGR) suckling piglets. Five normal birth weight (NBW) and ten IUGR newborn piglets were selected and assigned to the following 3 experimental groups (n=5/group). Five normal birth weight piglets were fed a basic formula milk and the other 10 IUGR piglets were fed either a basic formula milk or a basic formula milk with + 0.12% DL-Met. The results showed that: Compared with NBW piglets, IUGR piglets had lower villus height and villus height/crypt depth ratio in ileum (P < 0.05). There were significant decreases in activities of lactase and sucrase in jejunum (P < 0.05). In addition, IUGR piglets had decreased glutathione (GSH) content and glutathione/glutathione ratio, whereas increased malondialdehyde (MDA) and protein carbonyl (PC) in jejunum (P < 0.05). Furthermore, the content of GSH was also significantly decreased in the ileum of IUGR piglets (P < 0.05). However, DL-Met treatment increased the villus height in both jejunum and ileum, and the villus height/crypt depth ratio in ileum (P < 0.05). DL-Met alleviated the decreased activity of sucrase in the jejunum of IUGR-MET piglets (P < 0.05). DL-Met supplementation significantly increased the GSH content, whereas decreased the PC content in jejunum (P < 0.05). These results indicated that DL-Met can alleviate the oxidative damage caused by IUGR and improve the intestinal development of IUGR suckling piglets.
