摘要:花青苷是一种水溶性色素,广泛存在于植物的体内,是非常有潜力的天然色素的来源。因资源丰富、颜色鲜艳、无毒安全和具有抗氧化性等优势,花青苷的研究和开发利用备受关注。6-BA是一种人工合成的细胞分裂素,不但在细胞生长和分化及其他相关的生理活动过程中起重要作用,还可以促进花青苷的积累,抑制或促进相关酶的活性。本实验以不结球白菜紫色品种NJX1-4和绿色品种苏州青为材料,利用外源6-BA处理植株,并测定不同时间点叶片中花青苷含量,抗氧化性及相关酶活性,探索6-BA对不结球白菜中花青苷的抗氧化性及相关酶活性的调控作用,为今后进一步研究花青苷的功能机制提供理论基础。26233

Effect of exogenous 6-BA on anthocyanins antioxidant activity and related enzyme activities in Purple non-heading Chinese Cabbage

Abstract: Anthocyanins are water-soluble pigments which are widely found in plants, it is a potential source of natural pigments. The research and development of anthocyanins are important for its rich resources, bright colors, safe and antioxidant activity.6-BA is a synthetic cytokinin. It plays an important role in the cell growth and differentiation and other related physiological activities of the process. In addition, 6-BA can promote the accumulation of anthocyanins, as well as inhibit or induce other enzyme activity. In this study, we used two self-line of non-heading Chinese Cabbage: purple leaves NJX1-4 and green suzhouqing as the experimental materials. Leaves were treaded by exogenous 6-BA to explored the effect on anthocyanins antioxidant activity and related enzyme activities, providing a theoretical basis for further study of the functional mechanism of anthocyanins.
