    摘要:近年来因农业生产过程中农药、化肥的广泛使用以及使用污水灌溉农田,造成土壤中重金属锌含量增大,进而造成土壤中重金属锌污染十分严重,在前人的研究成果基础上,了解到植物修复技术可以很好地改良土壤,降低土壤中重金属含量,因此本文针对三种常见植物(狼尾草、柳枝稷和芒草)对土壤中重金属锌的吸收能力进行了相应的研究。通过实验,配置不同浓度梯度的锌污染土壤环境进行盆栽模拟实验,配置了浓度分别为375、750和1500mg/L的锌标准溶液,然后绘制出相应的锌标准曲线。使用原子吸收分光光度法测定三种常见植物叶片中锌的含量,观察这三种植物对重金属锌的吸收特征,及吸收后金属锌在植物体叶片内的积聚特征进行分析研究,探究此三种植物对重金属锌的吸收能力及体内积聚特征。结果表明:植物叶片中锌含量随着时间的推移基本上都是呈现逐渐增加的趋势,随着灌溉锌溶液浓度增大,相同时期,植物叶片中锌含量呈逐渐增大的趋势;植物对锌吸收量随着时间的增加,对锌吸收量逐渐增多。当锌溶液浓度相同时,灌溉相同浓度的锌溶液,狼尾草叶片内锌吸收量比柳枝稷和芒草叶片锌吸收量多,而同一时期柳枝稷的锌吸收量比芒草的锌吸收量多。因此可以得出,当土壤中金属锌含量较高时,使用狼尾草改良土壤中锌的含量,效果较好。28275

When the zinc concentration of the solution is the same, the same period of the irrigation solution of zinc, zinc absorbed within Pennisetum blade than switchgrass and Miscanthus leaves much zinc absorption, while during the same period, Panicum virgatum, Miscanthus zinc absorption than zinc uptake quantity. Therefore it can be concluded when the high zinc content in the soil, using the content of zinc in soil Pennisetum better.
