    摘要:光照和温度不仅对植物生长和品质有着重要的调控作用,而且关系到人工环境下植物工厂化生产的能源消耗。本研究以‘糕华’散叶生菜为试验材料,探究了红蓝LED光源下光温变化对生菜生长和品质的耦合效应。研究发现:低光照条件下,温度变化不影响茎粗,而较高光照条件下,升高温度,茎粗显著增大;相同温度条件下,弱光对茎粗增大效应更显著;较高温度可显著促进叶片生长;较低温度下,光强降低增大叶面积、茎粗和 DPPH 清除率;在较高光强下,较高温度显著利于生菜株高、叶长和抗氧化能力提高。弱光和低温是限制生物量积累的主要因素,在较高光照强度条件下,升温可显著增加生物量的积累;光照强度主导光合色素、硝酸盐、可溶性蛋白合成,即光合色素和硝酸盐含量与光照强度成反比,可溶性蛋白含量与光照强度成正比;文生素 C 含量因光温条件不同而呈现不同变化趋势。结果表明,较高温度和较强光照的耦合条件能更好地满足植物需求,且高温对光照的不足有一定的补偿作用。29795

    Effects of Light and Temperature Interactions on Growth and Quality of Lettuce
    Abstract:Light and temperature not only have an important role in regulating plants growth and quality, but also related to energy consumption of plants production in artificial environment. In this study, growth and quality of lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.) were studied under different light intensities and temperatures of LEDs combination of red and blue light. The results showed that temperatures did not affect stem diameter under weaker light level while rising temperatures significantly increased it under higher light level. Under the same temperature, weaker light intensity highly raised stem diameter. Higher temperature promoted leaf growth and weaker light intensity boosted leaf area, stem diameter and clearance rate of DPPH under lower temperature. In higher light level, warmer temperature got higher yield, leaf length and antioxidant ability. Weak light intensities and low temperatures were major limiting factors of biomass accumulation. Higher temperature could significantly increase the biomass accumulation in higher light intensity conditions. The soluble protein of lettuce was positively correlated with light intensity, while photosynthetic pigment and nitrate content was negatively correlated with it. And different external conditions had different effects on vitamin C. Based on the above analysis, it was concluded that interaction of higher temperature and stronger light could be proportional to meeting the plants’ needs, and higher temperatures would , to some extent, make up for shortage of lights in our study.
