    摘要:光照和温度是植物生长发育重要条件,在可控的环境下,掌握合理的光温配比参数才能有效的调控樱桃番茄的生长和品质,达到高产高效的目的。本试验以樱桃番茄‘千禧’为材料研究在光强300 μmol m-2 s-1、温度25±1 ℃(G2T1);光强250 μmol m-2 s-1、温度28±1 ℃(G1T2)两个参数下对樱桃番茄幼苗生长及秧苗素质的影响,结果发现:与G1T2相比,G2T1处理的樱桃番茄幼苗的茎粗、第一节间距的长度、叶面积、地上干鲜重、地下干鲜重、总干鲜重、壮苗指数有显著的提升;净光合速率、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素(a+b)的含量及叶绿素a/b没有显著的变化;但G1T2处理的类胡萝卜素含量比G2T1处理显著升高。综合各方面的因素考虑,在可控的环境下,光强300 μmol m-2 s-1、温度25±1 ℃更有利于樱桃番茄的生长和秧苗素质的提高。29794

    Coupling effects of light and temperature on growth and seedling quality of cherry tomato
    Abstract:Light and temperature are important conditions for plant growth and development, in a controlled environment, grasp the light temperature ratio parameter to a reasonable and effective regulation of cherry tomato growth and quality, achieve the high yield and high efficiency. In this experiment, the cherry tomato "Millennium" as the material, the research intensity in the 300 μmol m-2 s-1, a temperature of 25±1℃(G2T1); 250 μmol m-2 s-1 light intensity, temperature 28±1℃ (G1T2) effect on Cherry Tomato Seedling Growth and seedling quality of the two parameters were found: compared with G1T2, G2T1 treatment of cherry tomato seedling stem diameter, leaf area, the length of the first internode, on the ground the fresh and dry weight, underground fresh and dry weight, total dry weight and fresh weight, seedling index has improved significantly; the net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll (a+b) content and chlorophyll a/b had no significant change; but G1T2 carotenoid content increased significantly. Compared with G2T1 ensemble Considering all factors, under controllable environment, the light intensity is 300 μmol m-2 s-1, and the temperature is 25±1℃, which is more conducive to the growth of cherry tomato and the improvement of seedling quality.
