摘要:澳洲檫树属于桃金娘科白千层属,常绿小乔木,属于速生树种,原产地为澳大利亚的昆士兰州以及新南威尔士州北部的沼泽地带,其树形十分优美,有很高的观赏价值,适合做园林造景使用。其拥有特殊的芳香气,能驱赶蚊虫,提神醒脑,改善周围空气,根系还具有净化土壤的能力,是不可多得的优良绿化树种,从中提取的茶树精油也被普遍运用在美容,药用等方面,但由于是外来引进树种,种源不丰富,利用扦插繁殖等培育方法来获得更多树种成为了一条有效的出路,本文对澳洲茶树扦插过程中的生根素选取及幼苗的半致死温度进行了研究,得出最适宜的生长素为浓度为1g/L~2g/L 的IBA,其半致死温度最低为-35.18℃左右,最高为50.16℃左右,希望通过研究结果来确定适宜檫树生根的环境条件,达到快速增加繁殖数量的目的。 38127

Abstract: Melaleuca alternifolia belongs to the Myrtaceae Melaleuca genera, a small evergreen tree belonging to the fast-growing species, country of origin for Australia's Queensland Lanzhou and northern New South Wales swamps, the tree is very beautiful, very high ornamental value, suitable for landscape use. It has a special fragrant smell, can repel mosquitoes, refreshing, improve the surrounding air, also has the ability to purify the root soil, is a rare good tree species, extracted from tea tree oil is widely used in cosmetic, pharmaceutical and other aspects, but because it is outside of introduced species, species rich, cultivation method to obtain more species has become an effective way by cutting propagation, the semi lethal temperature on Rooting of cuttings during the Australian tea tree selection and seedlings were studied, the most suitable for the auxin concentration is 1g/L~2g/L IBA, the semi lethal temperature for a minimum of -35.18 degrees Celsius, the highest is 50.16 DEG C, hope that through the research results to determine the appropriate Sassafras rooting conditions, achieve the rapid increase in the amount of reproduction.
