摘要:壳聚糖具有无毒性,可被生物降解,良好的生物相容性以及成膜性等良好特性,已在食品、化妆品、化工、医药、农业等许多方面都得到非常广泛的应用。赭曲霉细胞壁中含有甲壳素,可作为生产壳聚糖的原料。本课题以赭曲霉为研究对象,根据二级发酵生长曲线选择对数生长期末期(28h)和稳定期中期(38h)的菌丝体,提取其中的甲壳素制备壳聚糖,并对壳聚糖的含量、分子量等参数进行测定。结果发现,稳定期中期的菌丝体制备的壳聚糖含量更高。此外,实验发现废弃赭曲霉菌丝体也可用来提取壳聚糖,这为废弃赭曲霉菌丝体的再利用提供了可行性。43257

Optimization of incubation time on the chitosan production by Aspergillus ochraceus
Abstract: Chitosan is a non-toxic, biodegradable, good biocompatibility and membranous product. It has been widely used in many fields such as food, cosmetic, chemical industry, medicine, agriculture and so on. The cell wall of Aspergillus ochraceus contains chintin, which can be used as the raw materials for chitosan production. In this study, Aspergillus ochraceus was the research object. According to the growth curve of the secondary fermentation, the mycelia at the end of logarithmic growth phase (28 h) and the middle of stationary phase (38 h) were collected. The chitosan was produced by the chitin in mycelia. The parameters such as chitosan contents and molecular weights were further determined. The results showed that content of chitosan extracted from the mycelia at 38 h was higher. . In addition, the results indicated that the waste mycelia could be used to extract chitosan, which made it possible for the utilization of waste mycelia from Aspergillus ochraceus in industry.
