摘要: β-苯乙醇是具有玫瑰花香的重要香料化合物,采用微生物转化生成天然β-苯乙醇是目前极具工业化价值的途径之一。本课题通过从茶树、桂花树、玫瑰花土壤样品以及酒糟样品和玫瑰花酵素样品中采集菌种,采用菌种筛选分离的方法对转化生成β-苯乙醇的微生物菌株进行筛选,并采用气相色谱分析、GC-MS分析、聚合酶链式反应等生物学手段对获取菌种进行鉴定,最终鉴定出玫瑰花土壤样品(C)、酒糟样品(E)筛选出了产β-苯乙醇的菌株,分别为菌C-2、菌E-2,桂花树(A)茶树(B)土壤样品中筛选出了产出苯乙醛的菌株。47059

Screening and identification of strains of β-phenylethanol production and preliminary study on conversion process
Abstract: β-phenethyl alcohol is an important Fragrance compounds having a rose scent, the use of microbial conversion generate natural β-phenethyl alcohol is one way to present highly industrialized value. This topic by collecting bacteria from tea, sweet-scented osmanthus trees, roses and soil samples and distiller's grains samples and roses enzyme samples, the method of screening of strains isolated on the conversion generates β-phenethyl l alcohol screening microbial strains, and the use of gas chromatography analysis, GC-MS analysis of biological means of polymerase chain reaction to get the bacteria were identified, and ultimately identified soil samples roses (C), distiller's grains sample (E) screened the strains producing β-phenethyl alcohol, bacteria were C-2, strain E-2, osmanthus tree (a) tea tree (B) soil samples were screened out strains output phenylacetaldehyde.
