摘要 目的:以C57BL/6J小鼠为动物模型,研究红牛饮料对小鼠运动耐力的影响。方法:选取12周龄健康雌性小鼠12只,首先进行适应性喂养1周,之后以每组体重相似性为标准分为2组,一组为对照组,一组为处理组。喂养处理4周后,对小鼠进行一次性负重竭力游泳实验(其负重物为小鼠体重3%),建立小鼠疲劳模型并记录竭力游泳时间。竭力游泳实验结束后处死小鼠,迅速分离血清、部分肝脏及其腿部肌肉组织,对上述组织分别测定血尿素氮(BUN),丙二醛(MDA),肝糖原以及肌糖原含量。结果:相比对照组,处理组的竭力游泳时间显著延长,耐力提高;血清MDA含量显著减少,抗氧化能力增强;而血清BUN含量变化不大,说明小鼠非蛋白质能量代谢能力并未得到显著增强。结论:一定量的红牛饮料能够在某种程度上提高小鼠的运动耐力。48871

Effect of Red Bull sports drink on endurance of mice
