摘要以大麦GP和H602为亲本的进行自交得到的124种品系大麦子代,共126种品系的大麦籽粒进行实验,对大麦籽粒蛋白质含量的遗传性状进行分析。对126种品系的大麦籽粒进行剥皮,磨粉。用大麦粉末来进行大麦蛋白质含量的测定,得出蛋白质含量之后进行统计分析。根据所得数据用QTLNetwork2.0软件对126种品系大麦籽粒的蛋白质含量进行相关的QTL定位。QTL(quantitative trait locus)是指控制数量性状的基因在基因组中的位置。QTL定位就是利用分子标记技术为工具、以遗传连锁图谱为基础、利用分子标记与QTL之间的连锁关系,来确定控制数量性状的基因在基因组中的位置。在本次的实验结果中,对大麦籽粒蛋白质含量进行QTL定位分析后,结果一共在QTL定位中检测到了两个QTL。它们分别位于3H染色体和6H染色体,这两个QTL等位基因分别命名为qPC3和qPC6。实验最后对这两个检测到的大麦籽粒蛋白质含量的等位基因进行分析得到的结果是:检测到的qPC3这个等位基因的加性效应为负值,对大麦籽粒蛋白质的含量增加起副作用;检测到的qPC6这个等位基因的加性效应为正值,对大麦籽粒蛋白质的含量的增加起正作用,有助于大麦籽粒蛋白质含量的增加。52374
Abstract Barley GP and H602 as parents were inbred strains obtained 124 kinds of barley progeny, a total of 126 kinds of barley grain lines experiment genetic traits barley grain protein content were analyzed.126 kinds of barley grain strains were peeling, milling.Barley powder was determined to barley protein content, obtained after statistical analysis of protein content.According to data obtained by QTLNetwork2.0 software for the protein content of barley grain 126 kinds of related strains of QTL mapping.QTL (quantitative trait locus) refers to the control position of quantitative trait genes in the genome.QTL mapping is the use of molecular markers as a tool for genetic linkage map based on the use of molecular markers and linkage between the QTL, quantitative trait to determine the control of the location of genes in the genome.In the experimental results, the protein content of the grain barley QTL mapping analysis, a total of detected QTL mapping into two QTL.They are located on chromosome 3H chromosome 6H, two QTL alleles were named qPC3 and qPC6.Results of these last two alleles barley grain protein content detected are obtained for analysis:We detected qPC3 this allele additive effect is negative for barley grain protein content increased from side effects;We detected qPC6 this allele additive effect is positive, from the increase in barley grain protein content of the positive effect, helping to increase the protein content of barley grain.
