    摘  要:本实验利用甘氨酸、谷氨酸、色氨酸、缬氨酸、肌醇及山梨醇等小分子有机物与钼酸在一定条件下进行反应,研制合成出一类新型络合态有机钼肥。并以黄瓜幼苗为实验材料,采用根施的方法研究了络合态钼肥对黄瓜幼苗部分生理指标的影响。结果显示,各种络合态钼肥均能促进植物的生长发育,显著提高叶片叶绿素含量、根系活力及植株的含氮量,其中,尤以甘氨酸-钼肥效果更佳。采用叶面喷施的方法,研究了络合态甘氨酸钼肥对黄瓜部分生理指标的影响。结果显示,相较于传统无机钼酸钠,甘氨酸钼肥能显著提高黄瓜幼苗的各项相关生理指标,叶面喷施浓度40mg/L时,黄瓜幼苗的根系活力、叶绿素含量、干鲜重、含氮量及对其他营养元素吸收情况等生理指标均达到最高值。有机态甘氨酸钼肥对于黄瓜幼苗的最佳喷施浓度为40mg/L。57403

    Abstract: The complexing state organic molybdenum fertilizer was synthesized by complex reaction between molybdic acid and some small molecular organic such as glycine, glutamate, tryptophan, valine, inositol and sorbitol. The effccts to some physiological index of cucumber seedlings of the new kind of organic molybdenum fertilizer were determined, using the method of applying to roots. The results showed that all the six organic molybdenum fertilizer could improve plants growth and development and increase the root activity, the chlorophyll content in leaves and the nitrogen content of cucumber seedlings significantly. Among them, Gly-Molybdenum is the best. The effects of the new kind of organic molybdenum fertilizer on some physiological index of cucumber seedlings were determined, using the method of foliage spray. The results showed that the organic molybdenum fertilizer could improve plants growth and development and increase the some physiological index of cucumber seedlings, such as root activity, chlorophyll content, dry weight and fresh weight and nitrogen content and ICP compared with the traditional sodium molybdate fertilizer. The physiological indexes increased significantly and achieved the highest under the foliage spray concentration of 40 mg/L. The above results show that the optimum concentration of the new type molybdenum fertilizer on cucumber seedling stage is 40 mg/L respectively.

    1  前言

    1.1  钼对植物的生理功能

    钼是植物生长和发育中所需七种必需微量营养元素之一。钼在土壤中的总含量很少,一般范围为0.5-5mg/kg,平均含量约2.3mg/kg[1]。在实际生产中,土壤有效钼的形态难以肯定,主要由于植物利用土壤中钼的生理过程及土壤中钼的固定和释放的化学进程仍不清楚,从有效钼的范围来看包括水溶液态钼,代换态钼及其它能被螯合剂提取的钼[2-3]。
