    摘要:采用培养皿滤纸萌发法研究 5 种不同浓度 CrCl3(150 mg/L、300 mg/L、 450 mg/L、600 mg/L、750 mg/L)胁迫对玉米、小麦、蜀葵三种植物种子萌发及 生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着 CrCl3 浓度增长,三种植物的发芽率呈先上升 后降低的趋势,在 150mg/L 的时候达到最大值,在 750 mg/L 的时候发芽率最低。 与对照组相比,随着浓度的增长,玉米种子第一天到第五天的发芽率依次下降了 10%、24%、-4%、37%;小麦依次下降了 25%、33%、33%、44%、46%;蜀葵依次下 降了 13%、12%、9%、6%、7%。浓度为 450 mg/L 以上的 CrCl3 胁迫对种子萌发具 有抑制作用。浓度为 0-450mg/L 的 CrCl3 胁迫对种子萌发及胚根、胚芽的生长具 有一定的增效效应,在 150mg/L 的时候达到最大值,与对照组相比,随着浓度的 增长,玉米种子第一天到第五天的根长依次增长了 3%、14%、30%、13%;小麦依 次增长了-9%、4%、4%、0.01%、3%;蜀葵依次增长了 1%、2%、7%、5%、5%。随 着 CrCl3 浓度增大,三种植物的可溶性糖分和蛋白质含量均表现为先上升后下降 的趋势,其中玉米可溶性糖在 600mg/L 浓度时达到最大值,与对照比,随着浓度 的增长,玉米第一天到第三天的可溶性含量依次增长了 18%、7%、7%;玉米在 750mg/L 的时候可溶性糖含量最少,第一天到第三天依次降低了 3%、5%、10%。 小麦在 150mg/L 的时候可溶性糖含量最大,第一天到第三天依次增长了 5%、3%、 3%;小麦在 450mg/L 的时候可溶性糖含量最少,第一天到第三天依次减少了 1%、66328

    Effects of heavy metal chromium on Seed Germination and physiological indexes of three plants

    Abstract: The effects of six different concentrations of CrCl3 (0mg/L、 150 mg/L、300 mg/L、450 mg/L、600 mg/L、750 mg/L、)on seed germination
