摘 要:19世纪以来,工业时代为人类创造了巨大的经济财富的同时,也带来了严重的环境问题——酸雨。高浓度、大面积的酸雨,打破了原有的土壤平衡,加剧了土壤酸化,使土壤生态受到严重破坏。根据有关文献中的测验和大量数据,泥土中的重金属元素(Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu、Pb和Al)将会由于泥土过度酸化导致活化度增长,然而高浓度的有机污染物以及重金属离子将会对植物的成长和发育产生严重的迫害作用。70567
本课题主要以浸种方法,在培养皿种子抽芽实验中,测定马尾松的发芽率、根的长度以及叶绿素多少、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性测定、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性测定、丙二醛的富含量和植物细胞质膜透性的计算,得出差别浓度条件下AlCl3对马尾松种苗发育的影响。

Abstract:Since the 19th century,industrial time has created a huge economic wealth for human beings.At the same time, it also brought serious environment problems, acid rain. High concentration and a large area of acid rain, broke the original soil balance,which aggravated soil acidification and brought serious damage to soil ecosystem. According to data , the heavy metal in soil elements (Mn, Fe, zinc, Cu, Pb, and Al) will be due to excessive soil acidification activation degree of growth, however, a high concentration of organic pollutants and heavy metal ions will be on plant growth and development of severe persecution.
This topic mainly by seed soaking method, in a petri dish, seeds sprout experiment, test of pinus massoniana germination rate, root length and how much the chlorophyll and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase activity determination(POD), the rich content of malondialdehyde and cytoplasm membrane permeability calculation, it is concluded that under the condition of different concentrations, AlCl3 in pinus massoniana effect of germination of seeds and seedlings.
