摘要本课题以在沪深股市中随机选择的44支上市公司作为样本，选择15项具有代表性的财务指标，使用多元统计中的聚类分析与判别分析方法，进行股票投资决策研究，为投资者提供投资理论依据,降低主观判断与随机性所带来的风险。67766
首先本文使用离差平方和距离的聚类分析法将44支股票系统分类成5类，并使用回代检验与方差分析法对分类结果作出检验，给出详细的分类原因。然后利用Fisher判别分析方法对7只待分析股票进行非逐步与逐步判别归类。对两种方法计算的结果作比较后，得到逐步判别的结果更加理想。然后根据每只股票的长期K线走势对此结果作出合理性检验。
通过结果可以看到，聚类与判别分析法能够客观上解决所提出的问题，得到所需要的投资决策。

Title Strategy study of stock investment based on statistical analysis
Abstract The purpose of this paper is giving investment strategies and declining the risk from uncertainty and subjective estimation by using Cluster analysis and Discriminate analysis to analyze the financial affairs of the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Market’s Listed companies. First of all, I choose 15 kinds of financial indexes and use the Cluster analysis to classify the sample stocks into several groups. At the same time, we verify the consequence of the classification and give the reason. Secondly, I use the Discriminate analysis to classify the investor’s stocks. According to the result of the statistical analysis, I discuss the practicability of the result and give the investor a suitable suggestion about investment strategy.
