摘要武术散打是一项徒手搏击格斗的技术。它的母体是中国民族传统体育——武术运动。武术是以两两相对的技击为主要内容的中华民族传统体育项目,散打是武术运动中的对抗性形式,更是武术运动中的最高表现形式,是武术的精髓所在。在现代有更多的人越来越喜爱这项体育项目,除了专业训练队之外,有更多的武术散打业余爱好者在闲暇时间进行武术散打的练习。然而,在散打练习中会出现各种各样的错误,本文就是在此基础上,针对武术散打业余爱好者在拳法中的摆拳训练中常见误区:出现“立拳”、出拳路线变形、重心不稳等方面,分析其原因:主要有练习太少,训练时不注重要点,之前其它拳法的影响,练习者过于紧张等原因进行外物提醒,以及练习者练习方法改进。为武术散打业余爱好者在进行摆拳训练时,可以达到更好的效果提出建议。58267
