摘要本世纪以来,无线通信技术的飞速发展,使得无线通信所用的频段变得越来越拥挤,这种情况下,就需要使用滤波器将有用信号从拥挤的频段中提取出来,因此,现代无线通信系统对滤波器提出了越来越高的要求。此外,无线终端在互联网时代的大潮下逐渐成为人们生活的必需品。这些都推进着现代滤波器向着高性能小型化的方向发展。29451
低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术是上世纪八十年代发展起来的一种用于实现高集成度,高电子性能的电子封装技术,相比于传统工艺,LTCC有利于实现系统的小型化,提高电路的可靠性等。
基于现代社会的需要和LTCC的技术背景,本文基于研究设计了一种基于LTCC的高性能带通滤波器。实现了中心频率1735MHz,带宽为170MHz,过渡带陡峭,带外抑制高的高性能滤波器。本文依据梳状滤波器的原理,在LTCC中通过多层折叠线在更小的尺寸内实现梳状谐振单元,从而实现了小型高性能带通滤波器。同时本文基于滤波器级数越多过渡带越陡峭的基本原理,从一级谐振单元开始建模,系统地分析了每级谐振单元的作用及其对整个滤波器的影响。
对于带外在有限的体积内实现带外高抑制度的问题,本文没有一地增加滤波器的级数,而是通过引入传输零点的方法加以解决。本文从零点的形成原理开始分析,并对目前常用的零点引入方法进行了介绍,重点论述了本文采用的Z字形结构引入零点的方法,并最终分析给出了通过加入零点实现带外的高抑制的滤波器结果,最终滤波器的尺寸只有4.5mm×3.2mm×1.5mm。
HFSS是Ansys公司推出的商用三文电磁仿真软件,采用的是有限元法,对器件模型进行三文剖分,电磁计算与求解,具有极高的准确性,得到业界的广泛认可。本文中的谐振单元以及滤波器的建模都是在HFSS中进行,经过大量的建模与调试,得到了很好且可靠的结果。

外文摘要Title New design of the band-pass filter using LTCC technology
Abstract
Since this century, the rapid development of wireless communication technology, make the frequencies used in the wireless communication becoming more and more crowded, in this case,we will need to use the filter to pick up the useful signal from the crowded spectrum, as a result, modern wireless communication system puts higher and higher requirements for filter. In addition, the wireless terminals under the spring tide of the Internet era gradually become necessities of life. All of these promote the development of modern filter in the direction of the high-performance miniaturization.
LTCC technology developed a kind of used to realize high integration in the 1980 s, high performance electronic packaging technology, compared with the traditional process, the LTCC is helpful to realize the miniaturization of system, improve the reliability of circuit, etc.
Based on the needs of modern society and LTCC technology background, study design a high-performance bandpass filter using LTCC. Implements the center frequency 1735 MHZ, bandwidth of 170 MHZ, steep transition zone, high restraint outside the band of high-performance filter. In this paper, based on the principle of comb filter, passed in LTCC multi-layer fold in comb resonance within the smaller size of units, so as to realize the small high-performance bandpass filter. At the same time, based on the basic principle of filter series more the steeper the transition zone, starting from the primary resonance unit modeling, systematically analyses the resonant unit per level role and its impact on the entire filter.
For with external out-of-band within the limited volume of high degree of suppression issue, this article does not increase the filter series, but blindly is solved by introducing the method of transmission zeros. In this paper, starting from the forming principle of zero point analysis, and carries on the common method to zero is introduced into the introduction, mainly discussed in this paper, the zigzag structure by way of the zero point and the final analysis is given by adding to the realization of zero out-of-band high suppression filter as a result, the size of the final filter is only 4.5 mm x 3.2 mm x 1.5 mm.
