摘要噪声的存在严重影响了数字图像的质量,因而对数字图像去噪的研究就显得尤为重要。本文主要研究基于模糊阈值和自适应算法椒盐噪声滤波问题。首先介绍了EMCCD成像原理及图像噪声,并简要介绍数字图像系统中常见的噪声及常用滤波方法。文章提出了一种基于模糊阈值的自适应模糊中值滤波算法,分析了其算法和工作流程,并举例介绍了其滤波特性。仿真及实验结果表明,本文提出的基于模糊阈值的自适应模糊中值滤波算法在噪声密度较低时,性能明显好于其他滤波器,并且随着噪声密度的增加,性能也比较稳定。图像的峰值信噪比在不同噪声密度下均有所提高,达到了预期目标。60001

Title Salt-and-pepper noise detection and reduction in EMCCD using fuzzy median filtering algorithm
Abstract
The presence of noise has seriously affected the quality of the digital image, so the study of digital image noise reduction is particularly important. This paper focused on the salt & pepper noise reduction based on fuzzy threshold and adaptive algorithm. Firstly, the principle of the EMCCD imaging is introduced, as well as the common noise and noise-filtering method in the digital imaging system. This paper presents a new adaptive median filter employing fuzzy technique algorithm in image processing, with a detailed analysis of the algorithm and workflow. The characteristic of the filter is also presented by comparing with other median filter. The effectiveness of the filter is verified by the MATLAB programming simulation by numerical, the experimental data shows that this new method do increase peak signal-to-noise ratio of the image and give a better noise-reduction result, especially in low noise density. And with the increase of density of the noise, the performance gets more stable. The peak signal-to-noise ratio of images under different noise density has been improved, which matches the desired goal.
