    摘要半个多世纪来,作为电磁波研究的重要部分,微波电路技术经历了从分立电路、两维微波集成电路、三维微波集成电路等阶段。分别于六十年代和七十年代出现的混合微波集成电路(HMIC)和单片微波集成电路(MMIC)均是单层电路。自八十年代以来,从单功能电路发展到多功能组件(如T/R模块等),使微波工业经历了一次革命。自九十年代以来陆续出现了三维微波集成电路(包括MuMIC,3DMIC,MuMMIC和3DMMIC),又一次迎来微波电路的革新。64182

    天线技术领域中引人瞩目的进展之一是印刷电路天线技术的进展,特别是微带天线的发展。实用微带天线是1972年出现的,频率已从大约100MHz应用至100GHz,已成为一个专门的天线分支。其优点是:剖面薄、重量轻、造价低,能与大多数表面共形,并可与馈电网络及有源器件成块集成,已显示了作为一种新一代天线形式的巨大活力。

    这次课题设计采用有限元的方法,对电磁场领域中的微波电路和微带天线进行分析设计,并使用电磁仿真软件(如HFSS)进行仿真,初步了解电磁波与电磁场及微波电路与微带天线的理论知识和基本运算分析方法。

    Title  FEM-Based simulation and analysison on microstrip antenna and microwave circuit

    Abstract Over half a century,as an important part of the study of electromagnetic waves,microwave circuit technology evolved the phases from discrete circuits,two-dimensional microwave integrated circuits and three-dimensional microwave integrated circuits.Hybrid microwave integrated circuit (HMIC) and monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) which respectively appeared in the 1960s and 1970s appeared are single-layer circuits.Since the 1980s, the development of functional circuits from single to multi-component (such as T / R modules, etc.), the microwave industry has undergone a revolution.Since the 1990s has appeared three-dimensional microwave integrated circuits (including MuMIC, 3DMIC, MuMMIC and 3DMMIC),  the microwave circuit innovations happened once again.

    One of the remarkable progress in the technical field of antenna is the advance of printed circuit antenna technology, especially in the development of the microstrip antenna.Practical microstrip antenna appeared in 1972, whose frequency applied from about 100MHz to 100GHz.It has become a specialized antenna branches.Its advantages are: thin profile, light weight, low cost, with common form of the most the surface,and with the feed network and the integration of active devices into blocks, as a new generation has shown great vitality in the form of an antenna.

    The project design uses the finite element method, analyses and designs the electromagnetic field of microwave circuits and microstrip antenna,and simulations with the use of electromagnetic simulation software (such as HFSS).It is to get a preliminary understanding of electromagnetic waves,electromagnetic fields,microwave circuits,microstrip antenna theoretical knowledge and basic operation methods.
