[摘要]东汉末年,被称之为“乱世之奸雄”的曹操,凭借其“唯才是举”、“德才并举”、“大德为先”的选人原则,以及“知人善任”、“择善而从”、“惜才重才”的用人方法,在群雄争霸的历史背景下终成为“三分天下有其二”的盖世雄主。探析曹操的选人用人艺术,对现代人才管理的发展有着极大的启示和借鉴作用,包括要充分认识人才的重要性,坚持选人用人的原则,灵活使用各种选人用人的方法,并且建立健全选人用人的机制。49210

An Artistic Analysis on Cao Cao’s Way of Employing Talents
Abstract
In late East Han Dynasty, Cao Cao was called “A Cunning Hero in Chaos” for he insisted on the standards of “selecting the talents only by his ability”, “virtue is of the same importance as gifts” and “one’s virtue should be considered first”. With the employing principles of “knowing him before using him”, “exploiting the best” and “value and cherish the talents”, Cao Cao became the great monarch of one of the Three Kingdoms when heroes of his time all struggled for power. In this thesis, the author explored Cao Cao’s way of selecting and exploiting talents which is of profound significance to the development of modern human management, inspiration of such research includes fully understanding the importance of talents, persisting in the principles of selecting and using talents, selecting and using talents flexibly and the establishing a complete scheme of selecting and using talents.

曹操,字孟德,小字阿瞒,又姓夏侯氏,沛国谯郡(今安徽亳州)人,东汉著名军事家、政治家、文学家,官至魏王、丞相。其子魏文帝曹丕尊其为武皇帝,史称魏武帝。对于曹操此人一生的功过评价,学界的观点褒贬不一。而根据《三国志》等正史资料的记载,对于曹操,“治世之能臣”比“乱世之奸雄”的概括更为准确。
领导艺术,是指在领导的方式方法上表现出的创造性和有效性。领导的选人用人艺术,则是指领导在实践中的所表现出来的高超的选人和用人技巧。本文将从正面的角度,探析曹操选人用人艺术积极的方面。在众多研究成果的基础上,从管理学角度,结合现代人才管理的已有理论和实际经验,以曹操的选人用人艺术为切入点,论证当今社会应当充分认识人才的重要性,提取出曹操身上值得参考的选人用人必须坚持的原则,梳理整合值得借鉴的具体方法,以及指出需要建立健全的相应机制。
