摘要:随着中国经济的不断增长,国民出国旅游的人数也在持续不断的增长,中国游客在传递中华文明礼仪的同时,部分游客的不文明行为屡次遭到网络媒体曝光,使中国游客饱受网络舆论诟病,严重影响了中国游客的整体形象。如何应对网络舆论下中国游客的形象危机,成为摆在所有中国游客面前的一个全新而紧迫的课题。因此,从中国游客、网络媒体、网民、以及国外媒体的视角分析中国游客形象危机的原因,在此基础上,从提高游客文明素养、建立媒体约束机制、加强网络舆论监督、让世界了解中国等几个方面,提出应对中国游客形象危机的策略,以求达到化解中国游客形象危机的目的。50411

Abstract: As China's economy continues to grow, the number of people traveling abroad continues to grow.
