摘 要：随着大学生对网络、手机等新媒体的使用日益频繁，新媒体对该群体媒介素养的影响不断增强。本文运用文献研究、对比等研究方法，首先明确了新媒体环境对当代大学生媒介素养影响的重要性，进一步具体分析了新媒体环境对大学生媒介素养的积极作用和消极影响。其中，积极作用是海量信息帮助大学生获取了丰富的学习资源，信息传播渠道多样化帮助大学生客观理性的分析信息，信息发布的低门槛性促使大学生积极参与信息的制作和传播。消极影响是信息爆炸阻碍了大学生高效选择最佳的学习资料，信息污染弱化了大学生对信息的质疑批判能力，虚拟的网络环境易导致大学生媒体应用行为失范。最后,本文提出通过政府、学校、媒介、家庭等四个方面来帮助大学生提升媒介素养，促使大学生更好地使用新媒体为其学习和生活服务。8159

The Impact of New Media Environment on the Contemporary College Students’ Media Literacy
Abstract: With the college students increasingly frequent use of the Internet, mobile phones and other new media, the new media have a growing impact on this groups’ media literacy. This paper will use literature research, comparative and other research methods, first to clear the importance of the impact of new media environment on the contemporary college students’ media literacy, further to give the detailed analysis of the positive and negative impact of the new media environment on college students’ media literacy. Among them, the positive effects are that the mass of information helps students obtain a wealth of learning resources, perse channels of information dissemination helps students analyze information objectively and rationally, and the low threshold of information release actuates college students to actively involved in the production and dissemination of information; the negative influence is the information explosion hinder college students effective to choose the best learning materials, information pollution weaken the students' question and critical ability of information, and the virtual network environments easily lead to students’ media application behavior misconduct.Finally, this paper proposed that by the help of four aspects—government, schools, the media and the families—to enhance the students’ media literacy and to promote college students better use the new media to serve their learning and life.
