Summary: Nitrobenzene ether is an important organic intermediates, use very extensive. The design of the book is mainly based on the nitro chlorobenzene , ethanol , sodium hydroxide as raw materials TEBAC ( benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride ) as a phase transfer catalyst at atmospheric pressure synthesis process design for nitro phenetole . The design focuses on : the whole process of logistics balance, heat balance , equipment design and selection , process design and plant layout design . Through the whole process of accounting for logistics , the equipment needed to determine the reaction heat transfer area . Then combined to determine the required heat transfer area of the reactor parameters. According to the design requirements and the key parameters , the rational design process route , drawing flow chart . This design also gives the material a fixed table , the discharge of materials in the consolidated statement , the consolidated statement of consumption of raw materials and products, and raw materials based on physical and chemical properties are given common security product packaging , storage, transportation , and safety precautions

对硝基苯乙醚是一种重要的有机中间体 ,用途很广泛。由对硝基苯乙醚经硫化碱还原及真空蒸馏而制得的对氨基苯乙醚可用作酸性染料和有机颜料的中间体 ,也可用作非那西丁、安痨息等药品的中间体 ,还可用来生产橡胶助剂等。但是,工业上常用的生产方法耗时耗力,不够经济,效率较低,所以本设计采用相转移催化法,这个新方法,对生产对硝基苯乙醚有着突破性的进展。
