    摘要:本文主要采用stober法制备二氧化硅溶胶,并通过研究氨水用量,氨水滴加方式,正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)用量和水用量等单因素对溶胶粒径的影响以及二氧化硅溶胶的成膜实验,优化二氧化硅溶胶的制备工艺。随后在优化的二氧化硅表面接枝活性单体,再经过氟化氢(HF)进行刻蚀制备聚异丙基丙烯酰胺胶囊(PNIPAM),聚异丙基丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸胶囊(PNIPAM-AA)以及聚异丙基丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸丁酯胶囊(PNIPAM-BA)。结果表明,最优配方为氨水用量为5ml,氨水加料方式为滴加,TEOS用量为5.66%,水用量为9.43%,可制备粒径为110.7粒径分布系数为0.013的二氧化硅溶胶。红外光谱测定了PNIPAM、PNIAPM-AA和PNIPAM-BA已聚合完全。凝胶渗透色谱测定PNIPAM、PNIAPM-AA和PNIPAM-BA的分子量分别为55678 , 12567,187654

    The preparation and performance study of an polymer capsule
    Abstract: The silica sol was obtained by stober method in this paper and the most optimal preparation conditions was got by studying the effect of each single factor to sol particle size, such as ammonia dosage、tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)dosage、water dosage and the method to inject ammonia and making prepared silica sol to be film. Active monomer was grafted on the surface of the optimized silica particle, and then hydrogen fluoride was used to etch silica particle to gain poly N-isopropylacrylamide (PNIPAM) capsule, poly N-isopropylacrylamid -acrylic acid (PNIAPM-AA) capsule and poly N-isopropylacrylamide-butyl acrylate(PNIPAM--BA) capsule. The result shows that when the ammonia is 5ml, injecting slowly with injection pump, TEOS is 5.66%,water is 9.43%,we can obtain the optimal silica sol which has particle size of 110.7nm and particle distribution index of 0.013. Infrared spectrum analysis tests that PNIPAM、PNIAPM-AA and PNIPAM-BA was completely polymerized. Gel permeation chromatographic analysis shows that molecular weight of PNIPAM、PNIAPM-AA and PNIPAM-BA are 55678,12567 and 187654, respectively
