摘要犬瘟热是一种由犬瘟热病毒引起的传染性很高的急性传染病，且该病有比较高的发病率和死亡率。患病犬临床症状主要为呼吸道或消化道症状，病程后期往往会出现神经症状。为了解徐州地区犬瘟热的发病原因、临床诊断和防治措施，从月对徐州市博斯特动物诊所和徐州市爱慕宠物医院313例患犬瘟热的犬进行了调查与研究。结果发现，幼犬更容易发病，并且犬的品种越是纯正，发病率越高。免疫效果对发病率的影响极大，其中未进行过免疫的犬发病率更高。用CDV试纸快速诊断法进行诊断，结果显示，当T线和C线都出现时，表明犬已感染犬瘟热病毒。目前仍没有特效药能够治愈犬瘟热，治疗越早效果越好，如果出现神经症状，则治疗效果不佳。因此犬瘟热的预防工作尤为重要，需要采取综合性的防治措施。主要的措施是：定期接种疫苗；加强饲养管理；及时隔离治疗。本文调查研究并探讨了徐州地区犬瘟热的流行病学、诊断及防治方法，这将给徐州本地犬瘟热的防治工作提供参考。41458

The Diagnosis and Prevention of Canine Distemper
Abstract
Canine distemper is a acute and highly contagious disease caused by canine distemper virus. The disease has a high incidence and mortality. The clinical symptoms of sick dogs mainly for respiratory tract or gastrointestinal symptoms, the late course of the disease tends to be neurological symptoms. In order to know the cause of disease, clinical diagnosis and prevention measures in Xuzhou, from November 2015 to February 2016, I researched and studied 313 cases of sick dogs in Xuzhou Best Animal Clinic and Xuzhou Ai Mu Pet Hospital. As a result, the puppy are more easily disease, and the more pure the breed is, the higher the incidence of dogs. The effect of immune has great impact on morbidity, dogs which were not immune have a higher morbidity. We use CDV test paper to diagnose canine distemper. The results show that when the T and C lines both appear, then the dog has been infected with canine distemper virus. At present there is no specific medicine to cure of canine distemper, the earlier the treatment is, the better the effect is. If there are neurological symptoms, the treatment effect is not good. Therefore, the canine distemper prevention work is very important and need to take a comprehensive prevention and control measures. The main measures are: regular vaccination; strengthen the management of feeding; timely isolation treatment. This paper researches and discusses the epidemiology, methods of diagnosis and treatment of canine distemper in Xuzhou. It will provide a reference for the prevention of canine distemper in Xuzhou area.
