    摘要目的:世界卫生组织在2014年发布《世界癌症报告》称,癌症已经成为人类的最主要致死原因,发病率与死亡率均呈持续上升趋势。本实验旨在研究姜黄素对人肝癌HepG-2细胞和喉癌Hep-2细胞增殖的影响,以探讨姜黄素是否有一定的抗肿瘤作用。方法:培养的人肝癌HepG-2细胞及喉癌Hep-2细胞,先用不同浓度姜黄素(5,10,20,40,50 μmol/L)分别处理48h后,利用WST-1试剂盒检测细胞增殖速度并计算细胞相对增值率;再对培养的HepG-2细胞用相同浓度姜黄素(20 μmol/L)处理不同的时间(0,12,24,48 h), WST-1法检测细胞增殖速度并计算相对增值率;最后用结晶紫染色法检测细胞密度并拍照。结果:不同浓度姜黄素处理对肝癌HepG-2细胞及喉癌Hep-2细胞的增殖均有抑制作用并呈浓度依赖性;相同浓度姜黄素处理不同时间结果显示,姜黄素对肝癌HepG-2细胞增殖抑制作用也呈时间依赖性;结晶紫染色结果显示姜黄素处理后肝癌HepG-2细胞密度明显变少。结论:姜黄素对培养的肝癌及喉癌细胞增殖有抑制作用,姜黄素有一定的抗肿瘤作用。47671

    Objective: To WHO published in 2014 "World Cancer Report" said, cancer has become the biggest cause of death of all the people of the world, the incidence rate and the mortality rate showed a rising trend. The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of curcumin on the proliferation of HepG-2 cells and Hep-2 cells, and to explore whether curcumin has some anti-tumor effects. Methods: Different concentrations of curcumin (5, 10, 20, 40, 50 mol/L)treated HepG-2 cells and HepG-2 cells with 48h, Calculated using WST-1 kit to detect the cell proliferation rate and cell relative growth rate.Then the cultured HepG-2 cells with different concentrations of curcumin (20 mol/L) treatment at different time (0, 12, 24, 48 h), Calculated using WST-1 kit to detect the cell proliferation rate and cell relative growth rate. Finally by crystal violet staining method was used to detect the cell density and photographed. Results: the inhibitory effect in a concentration dependent manner in HepG-2 cell and Hep-2 cell proliferation in different concentrations of curcumin treatment; the same concentration of curcumin treatment in different time showed that, the inhibitory effect of curcumin on the proliferation of HepG-2 cells was also time dependent; crystal violet staining results showed that curcumin treated HepG-2 cell density was significantly reduced. Conclusion: the inhibitory effect of curcumin on liver cancer and laryngeal cancer cell proliferation, anti-tumor effect of curcumin.
