    摘要:提高果实保鲜的作用效果是减少鲜食甘薯在贮藏过程中损失的关键因素。本实验以黄皮苏薯8号为试材,研究紫苏醛(PAE)对于甘薯采后黑斑病的影响和控制。本实验采用不同浓度的PAE熏蒸处理人工接种带有黑斑病的甘薯,研究PAE对黑斑病的抑制作用和分析处理过的甘薯在贮藏期间生理生化机制的变化趋势。结果表明,PAE对黑斑病菌丝生长以及孢子萌发较未受处理的甘薯相比有较好的抑制作用,PAE可以抑制CAT、APX活性的降低,且下降速度与抗性呈负相关。PAE同时促使SOD、PPO、POD、PAL活性的增加,且活性的增加速度与抗性呈正相关,可以降低甘薯中过氧化氢氧化酚类物质和过氧化氢的含量,清除机体内超氧自由基。综上所述,PAE有利于甘薯采后贮藏、能够延缓甘薯衰老,能够控制甘薯采后黑斑病的发生及延长其保鲜期。49317

    The effect and control of perillaldehyde on postharvest occurrence of Ceratocystis fimbriata of sweet potato

    Abstract: Improving the preservation of fruit is a key factor to reduce the loss of fresh sweet potato in storage. In this experiment, the yellow Su 8th as material, study perillaldehyde (PAE) in the postharvest effect and control of Ceratocystis fimbriata (C. fimbriata) in sweet potato. The experiment use different concentrations of PAE fumigation for inoculated sweet potato with C. fimbriata, study on inhibitory effect of PAE to C. fimbriata and analysis trends of physiological and biochemical mechanism of sweet potatoes was handled during storage. The results show that PAE on mycelial growth and spore germination of C. fimbriata of sweet potato is better than not affected by treatment, PAE can restrain the CAT and APX activity decreased, and the rate of decline was negatively correlated with resistance. PAE facilitating the increase in SOD, PPO, POD and PAL activity, the speed of increase was positively correlated with resistance. PAE can reduce hydrogen peroxide and hydrogen peroxide oxidation of phenolic compounds in sweet potato, scavenging superoxide free radicals. To sum up, PAE benefit to postharvest storage and slow the aging of sweet potato. PAE can control postharvest occurrence of C. fimbriata of sweet potato and extend itself life.
