摘要:2,5-二甲基-4-羟基-3(2H)呋喃酮,又名菠萝酮或草莓酮,是一种品质优良、应用范围非常广泛的安全食用香料,市场前景非常广阔。目前国内还不具备大规模生产的能力,大部分仍需国外进口。本课题的研究目的是摸索出一条今后能用于工业化大生产的合成62047
路线,要求原料来源充足,反应条件温和,成本低,环境污染少等。本课题以一缩二甘醇酸为原料,经酯化反应、缩合反应、烃化反应合成出了中间体3,4-二苄氧基呋喃-2,5-二羧酸甲酯。通过工艺条件对照实验,本文优化了这三步反应的实验过程,增强了各步反应的稳定性和重复性,提高了产物收率和纯度,降低了实验成本,为今后工业化生产摸索出了一条相对可行的工艺路线。

The Research on Synthesis of Furanone Intermediate
Abstract: 2,5-Dimethyl-4-hydroxy-3(2H)-furanone, also known as pineapple or strawberry ketone, is a safety edible flavorant with high quality and wide application. It has very broad prospects of market. At present, it can’t be produced on a large scale in our country and must be imported from foreign countries. The topic is aimed at finding a synthetic process which can be applied for major industrial production in the future, with abundant raw materials, mild reaction condition, low cost and less environmental pollution. The intermediate dimethyl 3,4-dibenzylo-
xyfuran-2,5-dicarboxylate is synthesized by esterification, condensation and alkylation reaction steps based on diglycolic acid as the starting material. Through the contrast experiment, we optimize experiment condition, enhance stability and reproducibility of each reaction, improve the productivity and purity of product, reduce production cost and determine a relatively feasible process which can be applied for major industrial production in the future.
