    摘要本文对含氟“三防”纺织助剂的合成路线进行了初步的探索。参考有关三防整理剂合成反应的相关文献,采用细乳液聚合方法,在固定单体配比(FMA6:MMA:RA三种单体质量比为8:4:4)条件下,对2-全氟己基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(FMA6)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和不同烷基链长度丙烯酸酯单体(RA,CnH2n+1,n=4、8、12、16、18)进行三元共聚,通过浸润测定仪测定了聚合物乳胶膜对水、油接触角,并以其为考察指标研究非氟单体碳链长度对聚合物乳胶膜表面润湿性能的影响,并初步确定较佳碳链长度。最后以单体转化率为主要考核指标通过改变超声分散速率和分散时间对聚合工艺条件进行了初步探索,以期提高单体转化率。结果表明,当碳链长度为12时,聚合物乳胶膜拒水、拒油效果最佳(对水接触角为135.94°,对二碘甲烷接触角为88.96°);超声转速为2600r/min,超声时间4min时单体转化率最高(为59.29%)。62955

    Title  Molecular Design and Study on Synthetic Process Conditions of Water- and Oil-repellent Finishing Agent                     

    Abstract The synthetic route of the water- and oil- repellent compound was initially explored in the article . The literature concerning the synthesis reactions of the water- and oil-repellent compound had been referenced. Under the fixed mass ratio of 8:4:4 for three monomers ,2-(Perfluorohexyl)ethyl methacrylate(FMA6),Methylmethacrylate (MM- A),acrylate monomer (RA)(CnH2n +1, n = 4,8,12,16,18) with various alkyl chain length were polymerized by mini-emulsion polymerization. The contact angle of the polymer latex film to water and oil was determined by Infiltration Analyzer. The influence of the carbon chain length of non-fluorine monomer on wettability of the polymer latex film was investigated by the contact angle,in order to get the optimal length of the carbon chain . The process conditions improving the monomer conversion rate were studied by changing rotation rate on ultrasonic dispersion meter and dispersion time.The results showed that when the length of carbon chain was 12,and wettability of the polymer latex film was the best presented by contact angle 135.94°  to water and contact angle  88.96° to diiodomethane .When the rotation rate was  2600r/min,and ultrasound time was 4min, the highest monomer conversion rate(59.29%) was obtained.
