摘要电能在人民生活的方方面面都起着重要的作用,提供电能和输送电能的电力系统的稳定运行就显得尤为重要。作为保护电力系统的稳定运行的继电保护技术,能够在系统出现故障状态下,迅速的切除故障,以保障系统安全的运行。
本文主要讨论的是基于NI cRIO平台的智能变电站母线保护模拟设计。在理解母线保护的原理和IEC61850标准的基础上,体会智能变电站与传统站的差异,构建基于智能站的母线保护逻辑,采用NI硬件和软件LabVIEW实现仿真并校验其结果正确性。本次母线保护采用模块化的思想设计。比率差动保护是本次母线保护设计的主保护,和其他四个辅助保护作为后备。最终通过检验,所设计的母线保护基本满足要求。19262

Title DESIGN OF ANALOG DEVICES OF Bus PROTECTION IN SMART SUBSTATION BASED ON NI cRIO PLATFORM
Abstract
Electricity plays an important role in all aspects of people's lives and the stable operation of the power system providing electricity and transporting energy is particularly important.
As a protective relay technology for the stable operation of the power system can removal of the fault occurring in the system rapidly, in order to protect the safe operation of the system.As the rise of intelligent substation and seamless connection of the IEC61850 standard, making the rapid development of relay technology.Being different from the traditional stations, the main feature of intelligent substation secondary is the digitizing data acquisition system and the information exchange network. facing the new secondary circuit, the data transportation mode of traditional protective advice needs to be redesigned to fit the intelligent substation one.This paper discusses the design of bus protection simulation platform based on NI cRIO. On the basis of understanding the principle of the bus protection , its protection logic built using NI hardware and software called LabVIEW for simulation and verification correctness of the results.The busbar protection design by modular ideas.it consists of the main protection and auxiliary protection .The basic protection is differential busbar protection .There are four auxiliary protection which are the dead zone protection, charging protection,and failure to protect circuit breaker failure protection.
