    摘要:磁流变液是一种智能材料,主要由磁性颗粒、载液及表面活性剂组成。磁流变液中的悬浮颗粒在磁场的作用下凝结成链状、柱状、团状或其他复杂的网状结构,使磁流变液表现出粘塑性流体状态,撤去磁场后又恢复低粘度的牛顿流体状态,磁流变液这种可逆的转变现象,称为磁流变效应。由于磁流变液的磁流变效应具有可逆性、可控性、快速响应等优点,目前已在航空、汽车、建筑等诸多领域受到广泛关注,被认为是未来最具有前景的智能材料之一。过去的几十年中,人们对于磁流变液性能的研究主要集中在磁流变液的粘度、剪切屈服应力、剪切模量等剪切性能上,对于磁流变液正应力的研究还处于起步阶段,对磁流变液正应力的认识还不够深入。本毕业论文针对磁流变液的正应力测试设计了一套磁流变液正应力测试系统,并用该测试系统进行了相关实验,研究磁场对磁流变液正应力的影响。 20707

    The design of the testing system of Magnetorheological fluid normal force and experiment
     Abs t rac t:  Magnetorheological fluid  is a kind of  intelligent materials,  Mainly cons ist of
    magnetic particles,carrier  liquid and surfactant.  Unde r the act io n o f ma gne t ic fie ld, the
    suspended particles in the Magnetorheological fluid condense into chains, columnar, group, or
    other complicated reticular struc ture. It makes the Magnetorheological fluid showe  vis cop las t ic
    fluid state. When  the magnetic field is removed and then Magnetorheological fluid  restores the
    low viscos ity of Newtonian fluid state. The reversible shift phenomenon of Magnetorheological
    fluid, is called the magnetorheological effect. Magnetorheological effect of Magnetorheological
    fluid  has the advantages of reversibility, controllability, rapid response, whic h  has been widely
    take n at tent ion in many fie lds such as ae rospa ce, automot ive, cons truc t ion and it  is considered
    to be one of the most promising smart materials in the future. In the past few decades, people in
    the study of the performance of magnetorheological fluid mainly concentrated in the viscosity
    and shear yield stress of magnetorheological fluid, the shear properties such as shear modulus, the Magnetorheological fluid  normal stress research is still in its infancy,  the  understanding of
    Magnetorheological fluid  normal stress is not deep enough.  In this paper, We have designed a
    set of Magnetorheological fluid  normal stress test system  according to  Magnetorheological
    fluid  normal stress test.And  relevant experiments  has been carried out  to  study the effect of
    magnetic field to the normal stress of Magnetorheological fluid.
