摘要:接触是普遍存在的力学问题,它具有相当复杂性,并且一直是力学和工程学公共面临的难题。对于多体接触,就算是弹性且光滑的接触问题,其边界的非线性即使是使用数值方法分析求解也有较大的难度。其计算分析十分重要,因为该问题的普遍性和复杂性。21770
在本文中,对滚动轴承的类型、特点进行了研究,对接触应力历史和发展现状进行了全面审查。论述了轴承的力学和有限元分析,然后进行了接触分析。
本文主要对圆柱滚子轴承采用了Hertz理论、数值有限元和ansys软件三种计算方式,通过对比计算分析,计算分析结果接近。
通过对滚动轴承接触应力的分析研究,已经取得一定的经验,有了更深的理解。有较高的实用价值,能更好的为高铁滚动轴承的应用设计和研究提供服务。

contact stress analysis about axle bearing of High-speed rail passenger train
Abstract:The contact is a universal mechanics question, as a result of its complexity; it is always a difficult problem to both the engineering and mechanics. Regarding polysome contact, even if it is the elastic smooth contact question, as a result of its boundary non-linearity, it is very difficulty to analysize with numerical method. Just for its universality and complexity, it appears extremely important.
In this paper, a review of the type, function and development process of the rolling bearings and the current situation of research and development on the rolling bearings' contact stress was made. First we discoursed bearings' mechanism analysis and finite element analysis on contact problem. And then, we made contact analysis on cylindrical roller bearings.
After comparative analysis on the cylindrical roller bearings by Hertz method. numerical finite element analysis method and ansys soft, we found that the results are approximate, and the results of finite element analysis and ansys soft is more accurate than Hertz method.
As above research, we had a more profound acquaintance with roller bearings' contact stress, and accumulated the experience on computing roller bearings' contact stress. Moreover, design calculation and optimization design based on the contact stress analysis had more practical value,and it could offer better service for aircraft roller bearings' application design and research.
