摘要:本设计是关于宁钢烧结机余热回收利用,研究怎么有效的回收利用余热来进行循环。一开始我们用远红外温度计,压力机,烟气分析仪,U形管,等高科技仪器对宁刚烧结机的风箱,电除尘器,台车,管道等进行了多次测试得到了静压,动压,烟气成份,风量,废气量,料面温度,台车速度,环境温度,测试温度等一系列精确的数据为毕业设计做好了很好的准备。本次毕业设计的基本内容在于了解钢铁生产工艺的基本流程,熟悉烧结机的基本结构和运行方式,实测烧结机的各区域排烟温度及成份,根据烟气温度研究余热回收方案,制定余热回收方式,计算余热回收量,并对其经济性进行分析。本次毕业设计的难点与重点在于物料平衡和热平衡的计算。我觉得通过本机毕业设计我可以更加了解钢铁生产的过程,余热回收的价值,余热回收的方法等。为以后从事本专业方向的工作打好了基础。24339

Technology Research of Ningsteel Sintering Machine Waste Heat Recycling
Abstract: This design is just about ning gang sintering machine waste heat recycling, recycling study how effectively heat to circulate. We started with the far infrared thermometer, presses, flue gas analyzer, U -shaped tubes, and other high-tech equipment for sintering machine rather just bellows, ESP, vehicles, pipelines and other tests have been carried out several static, a series of accurate data dynamic pressure, gas composition, wind, gas volume, the material surface temperature, car speed, ambient temperature, test temperature of graduation to do a good preparation. The graduation project is to understand the basic content of the basic processes of steel production process, familiar sintering machine basic structure and operation mode, the regional component of the measured exhaust gas temperature and sintering machine , according to the temperature of the flue gas heat recovery research program to develop waste heat recovery way to calculate the amount of waste heat recovery , and to analyze the economy. The graduation project focuses on the difficulties and material balance and heat balance calculations. I think I graduated from the design through the machine can learn more about the steel production process , the value of waste heat recovery , waste heat recovery methods. And,engaged in the profession for the future direction of the work to lay the foundation.
