摘要在远距离输电系统中,采用串联电容补偿来减小线路阻抗,增大线路的传输能力,提高电力系统的稳定性。但串联电容补偿的引入使得短路阻抗与短路距离不再成线性正比关系,破坏了传输线路阻抗的均匀性,使得含串联电容补偿线路发生故障时,继电保护装置可能会发生非选择性动作。24447
本文利用PSCAD软件构建线路模型,通过改变线路的故障位置,首先分析串联电容补偿对测量阻抗的影响,从而分析串联电容对距离保护的影响;其次分析串联电容补偿对线路两侧序电流幅值的影响,从而分析其对电流差动保护的影响;最后针对固定串联电容补偿电容、可控串联电容补偿电容对线路继电保护的影响提出相关的解决措施。

Title Research on Transmission Line Protection with Series Compensation Capacitor
Abstract
In the long distance high transmission system, the series capacitor compensation method is applied to reduce system line impedance, increase transmission line capacity and improve the stability of the power system. But the line with series capacitor compensation, the short circuit impedance is no longer linearly proportional to the distance,adding to undermining the uniformity of the transmission line impedance .Then the protection devices nonselective action may occur.
In this paper, PSCAD software is used to build the line model, and the location of the fault line is changed, first the impacts on line impedance which with the series capacitor compensation is analyzed ,then the impacts on line protection is analyzed . Secondly, the impact of the line with the series capacitor compensation on both sides of sequence current amplitude is presented, then the impact on current differential protection is analyzed. Finally relevant solutions which referred to fixed series capacitor compensation capacitor, thyristor controlled series capacitor compensation impacts on the line protection are put forward .
