摘要振动筛是一种广泛应用于石油、煤炭、冶金、化工、粮食等行业的筛分机械。大部分都采用带有偏心质量的激振轴回转产生的离心惯性力带动振动筛做周期性的强迫振动。振动筛的制造简单、工作稳定、检修方便,从而得到了广泛应用。各国对振动筛分技术的研究很重视,近几年,筛分机的品种规格,结构强度,以及技术性能,都得到很大的发展。最近, 兼有圆振动筛和直线振动筛的优点的椭圆振动筛在筛分领域中引起了广泛关注。27306
本文介绍了振动筛的国内外研究现状和发展趋势,以3175双轴椭圆振动筛为研究对象,做了如下几方面工作:
1) 对椭圆振动筛工作原理及结构讨论研究,进行三文建模并进行相关参数的选择与计算。
2) 建立了椭圆振动筛筛箱的有限元模型,探讨研究了模型的简化、单元选取、加载等关键建模技术。
3) 对筛箱结构进行了模态分析,计算出筛箱结构前十五阶固有频率和模态振型。
4) 对筛箱结构进行了谐响应分析,得到振动筛动应力分布状态。
本毕业论文对振动筛的整个分析过程对于其它有限元应用领域也具有一定参考价值。
Abstract
Shaker is a widely used in petroleum, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, food and other industries in the screening machine. Most are using centrifugal force excitation axis of rotation with the eccentric mass shaker driven generation do periodic forced vibration. Shaker manufacturing is simple, stable, easy maintenance, resulting in a wide range of applications. National research on vibration screening technology very seriously in recent years, different specifications, structural strength, and technical performance screening machines, have been greatly developed. Recently, both the advantages of circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen oval shaker caused widespread concern in the screening areas.
This thesis introduce the development trend and the research status at home and abroad of vibrating screen and design for the 3175 elliptical vibrating screen, completed the following work:
1) Proposed over all programmed design and conduct of the relevant parameters.
2) Established the finite element model of vibrating screen. Discussed the critical techniques of model establishment such as the simplification of model, the selection of finite element, the application of load.
3) Carried out modal analysis to acquire the natural frequencies and modal shape of 15 band and In practical work it will not cause resonance.
4) Carried out harmonic analysis to acquire the distribution status of dynamic stress.
The whole analysis process has some references value for other finite element application field to a certain extent.
