摘要:这些年以来,由于电力电子技术,新型电机控制理论的快速发展,永磁同步电机得到了更大程度的推广和应用。永磁同步电机和传统的电励磁同步电机不同的是,永磁同步电机具有效率高、损耗少、节电效果明显的一系列优点。永磁体为永磁同步电动机提供励磁,从而使电动机结构变得较为简单,大大降低了电动机的费用,同时省去了集电环和电刷,大大降低了事故率,使电动机运行的可靠性得到了提高。同时永磁同步电机无需励磁电流,没有励磁损耗,电动机的效率和功率密度都在很大程度上得到了提高。综合以上的优势,永磁同步电机在近几年成为了各个领域中应用越来越广泛的一种电动机。当今的社会环境保护和节约能源越来越受到重视,那么永磁同步电机也成为了重点研究和发展的领域。这里本文对自启动永磁同步电机进行了全方面的阐述,并以7.5KW/1500rpm自启动永磁同步电机设计为例,介绍永磁同步电机的发展,研究情况以及设计过程,并介绍以后的发展方向,通过研究7.5KW/1500rpm自启动永磁同步电动机的主要尺寸选择,绕组参数和铁芯长度,定转子冲片,转子磁路结构,磁钢尺寸等,对永磁同步电机进行设计,并利用ANSOFT软件进行仿真总结体现出电磁设计的步骤和流程。28561

Designing of 7.5kW/1500rpm line starting permanent magnet synchronous motor
Abstract:Over the years, due to the power electronic technology, the rapid development of new type of motor control theory, permanent magnet synchronous motor has been a greater degree of popularization and application. Permanent magnet synchronous motor and the traditional electric excitation synchronous motor, permanent magnet synchronous motor with high efficiency, less wear, a series of advantages of power saving effect is obvious. Permanent magnet for permanent magnet synchronous motor excitation, which made the motor structure is relatively simple, greatly reduce the cost of the motor, save the collector ring and brush at the same time, greatly reduce the accident rate, make the motor to improve the reliability of their operation.
