摘要光伏发电是太阳能利用中最好的一个利用形式,光伏发电系统的技术、发电规模及商业化发展已经在分布式发电中得到很好的普及与推广。 光伏并网发电作为一种绿色清洁能源具备可再生以及污染少等优点成为最具潜力的分布式发电方式。然而光伏并网发电逆变器输出与电网同频同相交流电的同时需要考虑输出电能质量问题,随着分布式新能源特别是光伏并网发电的普及,电能质量的研究日益受关注,电能质量的一个明显表现形式是谐波量,电力电子器件的发展和普及在工业, 电力系统等领域出现谐波污染,因此,本文从电能质量方面进行并网端口的滤波器设计与研究,对光伏发电并网端口常见的三种滤波器L/LC/LCL 型滤波器进行详细分析与比较计算,最后对 LCL 型滤波器进行参数设计与仿真实现,根据理论分析的理论模型搭建 MATLAB 仿真,同时给出逆变器相对的控制方式与策略。 对于传统并网逆变器的滤波方式通常采用 L与 LC 型滤波器通过逆变桥与电网及交流负载侧相连,滤波器主要用来抑制高频谐波对电网造成污染。经过理论分析,在相同的电感大小情况下,LCL 型的滤波器比起 L 及 LC 型的滤波器具备更好的谐波抑制能力,在合适的控制方式下得到更好的滤波效果,这种滤波方式更适合用在稳定性要求较高的大功率逆变器中。本文同时对光伏并网发电系统中一些关键问题进行研究, 包括第二章光伏电池的非线性特征模型,第三章逆变器拓扑结构及并网逆变器控制方法中的 SVPWM控制、搭建相应的模型仿真分析其优越性,第四章分析常见的滤波结构,第五章对滤波器进行设计与仿真,通过仿真分析表明,在三相逆变器中,采用 SVPWM 的 LCL 型滤波器的双闭环控制具备优良的控制效果。35974

The Research and Design of PV Ports filterand Power quality
AbstractIn new energy, Solar power is the most mature technology, and one of the largest commercialdevelopment conditions and development prospects of the power generation, carrying outresearch to promote the application of photovoltaic power generation is the trend. As a cleangreen renewable energy, Photovoltaic power generation with less pollution, becomes the mostpotential of distributed power generation.However, grid-connected PV inverter output and grid-phase alternating current with the samefrequency, at the same time, it is also need to consider the quality of output power,.With thenew distributed energy, especially the popularity of photovoltaic power generation, Powerquality increasing concern, a clear manifestation of power quality is harmonic content, thedevelopment and popularization of power electronic devices appear harmonic pollution inindustry, electric power systems. Therefore, due to the Power Quality, three common FiltersL/LC/LCL of network ports for detailed analysis and comparison of calculation are researchedand being Designed in this paper. Finally, design the LCL filter parameters and Simulate,tocorrespond the appropriate simulation model and the control strategy.Traditional grid-connectedinverter connected to the grid and AC load though the inverter bridge by single L-type filter andLC-type,the filter is used to suppress higher harmonics generated by the inverter into thegrid.Through theoretical analysis,in the same total inductance, LCL-type filter is better thanL-type filter and LC-type in high-order harmonic suppression,and has Better filtering effectunder the appropriate control mode,and more suitable to be used in the power grid inverter.this paper makes a research for some key issues of grid-connected PV systems, includingnonlinear characteristics model of photovoltaic cells in Chapter II, and the SVPWM control andmodel simulation analysis of its superiority in inverter topologies and grid-connected invertercontrol method in Chapter III,and analyzes the structure of the common filter in Chapter IV,andThe filter design and simulation in Chapter V,The simulation results show that the three-phaseinverter, using dual-loop control of SVPWM of LCL filter has excellent control effect.
